Custom orders typically take 10-14 business days for Simple and Standard designs, and 14-21 business days for Premium designs. This includes consultation, creation, and quality assurance. We'll provide a timeline estimate when confirming your order.

No problem! We offer a sizing kit that you can order to find your perfect fit. Simply select "Not Sure - Need Kit" in the order form, and we'll send you a sizing kit first. Once you know your size, we'll create your custom set.

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we cannot offer refunds once the design work has begun. However, we want you to love your nails! We'll work with you during the consultation phase to ensure you're happy with the design before we start crafting.

Your custom nails come with detailed care instructions. Generally, avoid excessive water exposure in the first 24 hours, store them in the provided case when not in use, and gently clean them between wears. With proper care, your custom set can be reused 3-5 times.

Yes! We ship internationally. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Please note that customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
